How fast does an XRP payment confirm?
About twelve seconds — three ledgers after the payment appears. XRPL has no reorganizations: once a transaction is in a validated ledger it is final, so the small budget only guards against read races.
Is XRP volatile?
Yes — XRP invoices re-quote every few minutes until the payment is first seen on-ledger, then freeze. The buyer always sees the exact amount to send.
What are the fees on XRPL?
A standard payment costs 0.00001 XRP (ten drops) — under a hundredth of a cent at typical prices — and does not rise with network load. The buyer pays it on their side, like gas on other chains.
Which wallets work for the direct plan?
