Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This AUP lists what may not be done with the Service. It is part of the Terms of Service and is enforced by ZEROKYC Payments LTD (the "Operator"). We apply it to protect buyers, merchants and the platform, and to keep the service compliant with the laws that apply to us.

2. Prohibited businesses and activities

Anything illegal under the laws applicable to you or to us, including: narcotics and controlled substances, weapons and explosives traded illegally, counterfeit goods and documents, human trafficking and forced labour, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content.

Fraud and financial crime: ponzi and pyramid schemes, fake ICO/token sales, phishing, malware and ransomware distribution, hacking services, carding, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, unlicensed financial services (exchanges, custodians, lenders) where a licence is required.

Goods and services that systematically generate chargeback or dispute patterns, or that we reasonably deem harmful to buyers, other merchants or the platform, even if not explicitly listed here.

3. Security rules

Do not attempt to access other accounts, probe or attack the platform, bypass rate limits, or abuse the sandbox to attack third parties.

ZeroKYC Pay support will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, API secret or wallet recovery phrase. Never share them with anyone claiming to be support.

4. Enforcement

We may warn, suspend (block live invoice creation), or archive an account that breaches this AUP. Where legally required, we will report unlawful activity to the competent authorities.
